Dignity
Every person deserves to feel heard, respected and in control of their day.

About Inhome Care
Our purpose is to make everyday life safer, more comfortable and more connected through care that respects each person’s choices.
Our story
Inhome Care Services was created to give individuals and families a more personal way to arrange support. We believe good care begins by listening closely and understanding the routines, relationships and small comforts that make a place feel like home.
Our role is to bring dependable help, emotional reassurance and clear communication to every care relationship. Each plan is developed collaboratively and can adapt as needs change.
We support people in private homes, hospitals and care residences across the Greater Toronto Area, always working within the agreed non-clinical scope and alongside regulated professionals when clinical care is required.
Our mission & values
Every person deserves to feel heard, respected and in control of their day.
Trust grows through familiarity, kindness and genuine human attention.
Support should strengthen confidence while preserving personal choices.
Families need clear communication and support they can depend upon.
Our caregivers
Care is personal. We look for people who demonstrate patience, respect, reliability and a genuine ability to connect. Suitability is considered alongside the individual’s needs, communication style, routines and preferences.
Caregiver standards
The exact checks and preparation required depend on the role and assignment. We discuss qualifications and service scope openly before care begins.
Experience, availability, communication and role suitability are reviewed.
Relevant documentation and references are considered for the assignment.
Care expectations, routines, privacy and boundaries are clearly explained.
Feedback and changing needs are communicated throughout the care relationship.
Training & preparation
Caregivers are expected to understand the responsibilities of their assigned role and to follow the individual care plan. Preparation may include orientation to communication preferences, mobility considerations, memory-support approaches, emergency contacts and household routines.
Where a service requires regulated clinical skill, it must be delivered or directed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Inhome Care can discuss how non-clinical assistance may complement that professional care.
Our philosophy
Good care should make a person’s day feel easier without taking over the life they have built. We focus on what the client values, what the family needs to know and how support can protect dignity and independence.
Tasks are important, but the way they are carried out matters just as much. Respectful communication, reliability and meaningful connection shape every care relationship.
Our family philosophy
We involve families in care conversations when appropriate, communicate openly and recognize the important role of family caregivers. The goal is not only to complete tasks—it is to make life feel more manageable for everyone involved.
